Installation Allowances & Variations

To keep our package pricing simple—and fair—each quote is built on these standard allowances:

Cavity-wall installs. All data, MATV and AV points are priced for cavity or stud walls with normal access.
Solid brick, concrete or tiled surfaces that require chasing or conduit will be quoted on a wall-by-wall basis before we start.
30-metre cable runs. Each outlet includes up to 30 m of Cat6/Cat6A, coax or speaker cable measured along the install path (rack to outlet).
Longer runs are no problem—just $3 per extra metre, agreed in advance.
Accessible roof & under-floor paths. Pricing assumes safe roof-space or crawl-space access with standard ceiling heights. Tight or insulated cavities that need extra time will be flagged and costed up-front.
No surprise variations. Any wall chasing, core drilling or trenching is scoped, priced and approved before we cut or patch—so you stay in control of the budget.
